Happy Autumn Equinox!
Welcome to year two of our free Wheel of the Year online course!
Last year, I tackled the circular pagan calendar system from an academic standpoint, researching the history and traditions of each holiday and translating it into practices we can use in our modern lives for personal development. This year, we'll be taking an intuitive approach to the eight seasonal checkpoints, and focusing on the personal journey! In the spirit of my new Fool's Journey course on Tarot cards, I've decided to put the seasonal celebrations into the context of some of the images from the Ryder-Waite-Smith tarot deck. In this video, I'll read to you out of my personal diary and address the three themes of the Autumn Equinox: Balance, Gratitude, and Preparation! Enjoy!
Thanks for watching! What are your thoughts this year on the three themes of the Autumn Equinox? Do you have other traditions for this celebration, and are they fitting into your life this year? Please tell us all about it in the comments section of this article, or join our private online community to discuss the Wheel of the Year together!
